The payment is for the Official Local Title, Sash, and Crown.

By opting to purchase the local USA crown, the contestant agrees to the Crown Usage Agreement:
1. The optional crown purchased before the State Pageant requires prior approval from the Indiana State Director for any use, including appearances or photos post-event.

2. Crown usage after the State Pageant is permitted only with written approval from the State Director.

3. Wearing the crown at unauthorized public events or those involving poor taste may result in disqualification from the State Pageant, with forfeited fees.

4. The local USA sash can be worn alone or with the crown, but the crown must always be paired with the sash, except for professional photos.

5. The crown may not be worn to promote any pageant system other than the Miss Universe Organization.

All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you sponsor a contestant, please include her name at checkout. The total charge consists of a convenience processing fee. By submitting payment, you agree to pay the convenience processing fee, understand all fees are nonrefundable and agree not to dispute any PayPal or credit card charges before or following the competition.
