Randy Sanders, State Director - For over three decades, Randy has been involved in pageantry having produced and emceed shows all over the country. Since 1996 he has been a State Director with the Miss Universe Organization and has attracted some of the pageant industry's best people that together produce the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA state preliminaries in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Randy's company is Sanders & Associates, Inc.
In 1999, Randy served as the State Director of New York and it was that year that his delegate, Kimberly Pressler, won the Miss USA Pageant! The Miss Universe Organization honored Randy by selecting him as the "Outstanding Director of the Year" for the 2002 MISS TEEN USA® pageant season.

Kelly Lloyd, Director of Indiana Operations - Kelly is no stranger to the rewards of the pageant industry. In 1993, Kelly was Miss Indiana Teen USA and 1st Runner Up to Miss Teen USA, and more recently was Miss Indiana USA 2002, where she went on to place as 2nd Runner Up at the Miss USA Pageant. Kelly earned her Juris Doctorate degree as a full-tuition scholar at the Indiana University School of Law in 2005 and is now a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
As the current Director of Indiana Operations for the Miss Indiana USA and Miss Indiana Teen USA Pageants, Kelly is the liaison for our Indianapolis office. She not only oversees the selection of our contestants for the state pageant, but also coordinates appearances and manages preparation for the national competitions for Miss Indiana USA and Miss Indiana Teen USA. |

Jennifer Vinsick, Director of Administration- Jennifer (Watkins) was Miss Pennsylvania USA 2001 and has competed in the nationally televised Miss USA Pageant. She has had the experience of competing and knows what it takes to be a winner!
Jennifer works closely with the Indiana pageant office handling administrative details for the Miss Indiana USA and Indiana Teen USA pageants. She is based in Brownsville, Pennsylvania where she serves as the Director of Administration for Sanders & Associates, Inc. |

The staff is rounded out by other talented individuals like Woody Miller, who serves as an consultant to Sanders and Associates, Inc. Woody has made a career in the industry with expertise in photography, production, lighting, and graphics. Ashley Watkins works in the office during the busy times of the year! Ashley has competed in pageantry and served as a chaperon and administrative assistant at several Sanders & Associates pageants.
